The WIOSC mentoring program offers one on one mentoring to all women who need a support system. Our mentors are there to offer their invaluable life experiences, advice and positive support so that you can focus on finding and reaching your goals.
The One on One mentoring program is a six month commitment where each mentee will reveive a once a week phone communication and a one on one meeting two times a month.
One on One
The WIOSC mentoring offer SYMS Academy graduates and other women in need (mentee) one on one support as they seek self-sufficiency. Each mentee will be paired with a mentor and will receive invaluable advice, positive support and they will help keep you focused while you are striving to reach your goals. The WIOSC mentoring program is a six month commitment where each mentee will receive phone communication once a week and meet one on one 1-2 times a month.
Career Coach
WIOSC offers one-on-one professional assistance with a career coach. Our career coach will help you create a resume, provide you with interviewing skills and other helpful information for that critical job interview.
